Monty Miller

Over the past 35 years, I have had the pleasure of doing work around the world. My experiences frequently remind me of how little of our human potential is leveraged and put to valuable use.

Native to Colorado, I grew up on a fourth generation crop and livestock farm in Weld County, thus I have a deep appreciation for the humanitarian role agriculture plays. A pivotal event in my life was being a Rotary International exchange student in Brazil in 1974-75 and witnessing the challenges of population growth, poverty, environment, and food production. Career highpoints include: supporting the organizational development of the Monsanto Dairy Business, transforming Monsanto India from a chemistry culture to seed and trait culture, building a strategic alliance between Mahyco and Monsanto India (dissertation title: Building Relational Capital in a Transcultural Strategic Alliance) and most recently, conducting the Organizational Culture Inventory on 58 dairies with over 900 participants in the United States. I have supported the development of organizations in: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Philippines, P.R. China, Singapore, Spain, Thailand and the United States.

Education: Bachelor of Science and MBA from Colorado State University and Doctorate in Organizational Change from Pepperdine University

I reside in Estes Park, Colorado and have been facilitator for Restorative Justice since 2004 and on the Park Hospital District Board as Treasure since May 2017.
